This comparative interactive infographic is really interesting as it compares the sizes of landmarks, planets and other things in the universe to create perspective for the user of exactly how big our earth and universe really is. By comparing things from the smallest atom to the entire estimated size of the universe, the user can better grasp the scale of the galaxy. The data is enhanced by the interactivity as you can choose to scale in and out to see specific information, in proportions that the user can process easily.
I would like to incorporate aspects of this infographic into my own, I like that the simple concept has the ability to display mass amounts of data in ways which the user can understand.
